| Pimento Cheese Sandwich Spread |

| 1 1/4 pounds sharp cheddar cheese -- grated | |
| 1/2 pound processed American cheese -- grated | |
| 9 ounces picante sauce | |
| 14 ounces pimientos -- diced | |
| 1 cup mayonnaise |
Mix lightly and refrigerate. Can be divided to make less.
NOTES : Using packaged grated cheddar and Velveeta shredded makes this super
easy to throw together. Pace mild picante sauce works well in this. Salsa can be
used instead of the picante. I rarely use the whole cup of mayo, but the
consistency after refrigeration is better with the whole cup.
