14 ounces condensed milk, sweetened | |
1 1/2 cups water -- cold | |
1 package vanilla pudding mix -- instant | |
2 cups whipping cream -- whipped | |
3 bananas -- sliced | |
2 T lemon juice | |
36 vanilla wafers |
Combine sweetened condensed milk and water. Add pudding mix and beat until well blended. Chill until set, about 5 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Dip banana slices in lemon juice. Spoon and layer pudding mixture, wafers, bananas. Repeat with pudding on top. Chill thoroughly. May layer in 2 1/2 quart round glass bowl or individual serving dishes. Can use light condensed milk and cream.
